流動(dòng)化學(xué)系統(tǒng)具有傳遞性能好、混合時(shí)間短、可實(shí)現(xiàn)流體間的快速均勻混合等特點(diǎn)而引起了眾多學(xué)者和生產(chǎn)者的極大關(guān)注。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)方法不易控制納米粒子的粒徑分布及形貌等缺點(diǎn)，利用Syrris流動(dòng)化學(xué)系統(tǒng)的微通道芯片反應(yīng)器，改變反應(yīng)溫度、停留時(shí)間等參數(shù),可以的調(diào)控所合成粒子的性能,同時(shí)可以將顆粒的成核及生長(zhǎng)過程分開進(jìn)行,為研究納米顆粒的形成過程提供了一個(gè)良好的途徑。
文獻(xiàn)：Gold Nanoparticles Synthesis in a Flow Microreactor Stabilized with a PVA （polyvinyl alcohol）
The aim of this study was to produce gold nanoparticles by reduction of gold （III）chloride complexions （[AuCl4]） with sodium borohydride （NaBH4） in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） as a stabilizer. The influence of temperature and the flow rate on the size and distribution of obtained nanoparticles were studied.
